CEO [CEO] of Bibiani Gold Stars, Kwasi Adu, has answered the match-fixing claims evened out against his club by Deputy AshantiGold SC Chief Executive Officer [CEO], Albert Commey.
Mr Commey, who is a veteran Ghanaian football director, claimed four games in the Ghana Premier League were fixed on the last day of the 2021/22 season to guarantee the endurance of a few transfer undermined clubs in the association, while likewise refering to there was a control in the game between Bibiani Gold Stars and AshGold.
In a meeting with Space FM, the previous Aduana Stars CEO expressed games between Hearts of Oak and Real Tamale United, Eleven Wonders and Aduana Stars, and the match between King Faisal and Legon Cities were different games to be fixed.
In light of Commey's charges, Adu excused them as a joke and moved the previous Aduana Stars leader to introduce proof for his cases.
 "He [Albert Commey] is a joker… How could he at any point include Goldstars in such ridiculous charges? We don't fix matches here. He is an old buddy and a sibling yet his remark was infantry. I was never anticipating that his type should make such claims", Kwasi Adu said on Kumasi-based Wontumi Radio/TV.
"Yaw Annor played remarkably and scored two delightful objectives same as our own and has nothing to do with match-fixing… I don't participate in such amusing jokes.
"We are anticipating that the Ethics Committee should welcome him for cross examinations. It's potential we might take him on for this offensive remark," Adu added when tested about Gold Stars making lawful moves against Commey.
In the mean time, the GFA has welcomed Ashanti Gold Deputy CEO Albert Commey to aid examinations concerning his charges.
