Elon Musk sells nearly $4bn worth of Tesla shares

Tesla Chief Executive, Elon Musk has sold nearly $4bn (£3.2bn) worth of offers in the electric vehicle producer, only days after he consented to purchase Twitter.
The deal has prompted hypothesis that it will assist with funding his arranged $44bn buyout of the web-based entertainment stage.
Twitter's board settled on Monday to acknowledge a takeover offer from Mr Musk.
Shares in Tesla fell pointedly recently over stresses that Mr Musk would sell part of his stake in the carmaker to finance the arrangement.
Nonetheless, he tweeted that he had no designs to sell anything else of his portions in the carmaker.
Filings to the US Securities and Exchange Commission showed that Mr Musk sold an aggregate of 4.4 million Tesla shares on Tuesday and Wednesday.

It was his most memorable offer of Tesla shares since he offloaded $16.4bn worth of stock in November and December last year.
