Teenager with prosthetic leg becomes latest Burberry model
In 2008, Iona was diagnosed with bone cancer osteosarcoma in her right leg, which was amputated just a week before her sixth birthday.
In an interview with the BBC last year she said she thought she was ‘blessed’ to go through the operation as a youngster.
‘It was something I grew up with,’ she said.
‘Although it was hard in some ways, I was able to change so quickly and accepting it was easier.
‘It became who I was, it became normal, it wasn’t something that I thought about regularly.’

Iona is passionate about making the fashion industry more inclusive.
She has already begun making a name for herself, modelling for the likes of H&M, Schuh and Primark in the last five months, and was revealed as the face of luxury fashion brand Burberry’s next campaign earlier this week on Instagram.
Pictured wearing a long black dress in one image and black sliders in another, Hall has elicited a positive response from Burberry’s Instagram followers, with the images garnering a combined total of 61K likes.
‘The shoot was really fun and I’m very grateful for being given the opportunity, it was a great experience,’ Hall said.
‘I think diversity in the fashion industry is very important.’
Hall’s booker, Ella Singleton-Redmond, added: ‘We’ve been blown away by Iona’s success so far.
