The Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) has conceded a license to McDan Aviation to begin activity at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
The declaration of the grant was contained in a letter endorsed by the Managing Director of GACL, Yaw Kwakwa.
"Concerning our previous letter referred to GACL/MD/FHS20/1/22on the above subject we wish to illuminate you that the GACL has assigned Terminal 1 to MacDan avionics for personal luxury plane tasks," it read.
The assertion added as a component of steps into the operationalization, McDan Aviation is expected to introduce Covid-19 testing gear.
The GACL had before requested the suspension of the Aviation line which was sent off on Friday, January 28, 2022, to suspend the utilization of the KIA Terminal 1 until additional notification.
The suspension GACL demonstrated followed the disappointment of the organization to consent to its mandate regardless of the extraordinary issues based on the earlier conditions and conditions for the utilization and activities of the office as a Private Jet Terminal.
